STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on Kickoff icon and choose "Show alternatives..."
2. select "Application dashboard" and click on "Switch" button
3. try to open the Application Dashboard by clicking on its icon or by pressing the meta key

OBSERVED RESULT
the Application Dashboard does not open

EXPECTED RESULT
the Application Dashboard opens

It doesn't open because of QML errors. It needs someone to port it away from PlasmaExtras.ScrollArea

Mostly fix Application Dashboard

Now it opens and you can launch things, which is at least a step up
from being totally broken.

Known issues:
- Symbolic button icons have the wrong color (dark, should be light)
- ItemMultiGrid, which backs the All Applications view, does not scroll
