STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click F3 to View a .txt file
2. Click F4 to Edit a .txt file

OBSERVED RESULT
Mode NOT set to "Normal", Highlighting NOT set to "None"...
Certain words are now bold, quotes are highlighted in red, etc

EXPECTED RESULT
A PLAIN txt file, with NO highlighting or special effects.

What file format is this ".pro" file? Can you provide a sample file?
