SUMMARY
Plot properties can be saved as a template, but cannot be loaded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a worksheet with a graph.
2. Select the plot area and save the current properties as a template.
3. Change anything about the plot, such as the range or background color.
4. Attempt to load the template.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing gets restored, even though a message pops up on the bottom right corner saying the template got loaded.

EXPECTED RESULT
All the saved properties should get loaded
