STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Screen Locking KCM
2. click on "Configure..." button
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
we can configure the screen locking

Fixed yesterday; Neon just needs to update.
