SUMMARY
Basically I wanted to test Plasma 6 on a virtual machine using Neon Unstable. The image I downloaded was dated June 4th, 2023. Unfortunately, the breeze-icon-theme package is not installed in that image. If you boot it up in a live environment or install it, most icons will be missing. If after installing you do 'sudo apt install breeze-icon-theme' and then select the icon theme in System Settings, it works as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Neon Unstable from June 4th, 2023 (This is the only image I tested)
2. Boot in live mode

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons will be missing

EXPECTED RESULT
breeze-icon-theme should be installed by default.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.240.0
