US keyboard layout used when connecting with VNC Client

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Manjaro with german keyboard enabled.
2. Connect via RealVNCClient from Windows 10.
3. Type some special characters.

OBSERVED RESULT
The typed keys are the english layout.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should use the german keyboard layout, as installed on Linux and Windows.
