STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag and drop (copy or other action) an item from dolphin onto the desktop
2. Move cursor back to Dolphin
3. Notice green circle with plus (drag and drop cursor) in dolhpin contents window

Can't attach screenshot as the cursor goes back to normal once spectacle is taking the screenshot.

Cannot reproduce with those steps.

Managed to reproduce this today by dragging a file to NeoChat. Seems like the commonality here is the drag source, not the drag destination.
