STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kontact.
2. Open Korganizer.

OBSERVED RESULT
Both apps are opened.

EXPECTED RESULT
KOrganizer doesn't open if Kontact is open.

Sorry I've mixed the observed and expected results in Description. 
The problem is that KOrganizer doesn't open if Kontact is opened.

I've also found that Kontact blocks other apps - Kmail and KAdressbook, they also doesn't open if Kontact is opened. 
Maybe there is any problem with akonadi?

This behavior is intentional. When you open e.g. KOrganizer while Kontact is running the Kontact window will be activated and switch to the calendar view in Kontact.
