STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a new task with a reminder on event start.
3. Minimize the window of Kalendar.
4. Wait till the time set as a reminder.

OBSERVED RESULT
Reminder dialog doesn't appear at the reminder time.

EXPECTED RESULT
A reminder appears as a pop-up dialog.

Still reproduces on 5.27.6, freebsd.
