STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press PrintScreen to make a screenshot in Spectacle
2. Press the Save button
3. The titlebar text changes to the filename of the new file
4. Press PrintScreen to capture another screenshot
5. Press the Save button

OBSERVED RESULT
The image is saved, but the titlebar keeps showing “*Unsaved“

EXPECTED RESULT
The titlebar should be updated again.

Don't even have to save the first screenshot. Just press print screen twice to reproduce the bug.

Can't reproduce with the Plasma 6.5 version. Seems fixed now.
