bit hard to screenshot so il upload two photos taken with a phone.  but hovering system tray icons and a popup shows text/content if you go from a big popup over to a small one, it seems like it tries to resize it but leaves old content around. almost like its rendering it before it has been properly resized. using the morphing popup effect makes it more visible, it happends without it but gets rerendered fast enough to not be an annoyance.

hovering the mouse over the artifacts makes them go away.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  hover a systray icon with a "big" popup.
2.  mouse over to another icon with a smaller size.
3.  artifacts appear while its "resizing/morphing"
