When pressing LWin key to open up start menu, elements on Task Manager vanish such as virtual desktops, clock, and various pinned applications. It does not happen if one selects the start menu icon with their mouse. I can replicate this issue on both X11 and Wayland. Happens regardless of Monitor 1 (27") resolution being at 4K or 1080.

The elements return if one of the following happens:

1. Log off and back on
2. Use a KVM switch to toggle to another system and back

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press LWin key

OBSERVED RESULT
Clock and other right hand side systray elements vanish, as well as Desktops applet and some pinned/active apps. Since Bugs only allows one attached image, please see this album for the before capture: https://imgur.com/a/NSocedc

EXPECTED RESULT
Task Manager elements do not vanish

Not sure if it was a bug or more of a 'feature', but it looks like it was a Task Manager widget, not a Default panel, and so after deleting and re-adding as a panel the issue no longer happens
