 i think it was even bigger in older version

This isn't a bug; there isn't some ironclad law saying that all widget popups need to have the same size. :)

Agree but the calc size is so small
And the the note size is huge
It looks very strange and not practical at all

It's quite practical. In fact the larger tihe size, the more practical the Notes widget is. I use a Notes Widget on a panel and if it was any smaller, it would be too small to use effectively for its primary purpose. I'd actually like to to be larger and plan to implement popup resizability soon.

As for the Calculator widget, being small reduces the distance the cursor needs to travel when clicking on the buttons, which speeds up interaction. But this should probably be resizable too.

i respect your explain but i think resizable is the word i was waiting to hear
so thanks for the replay and for the great work you and other contributor did.
