OBSERVED RESULT

Get New... doesn't list an official light theme (although it doesn't list any of the prepackaged themes either) nor is one prepackaged.

EXPECTED RESULT

A Breeze light theme should be available in the selector, or should at least be available via Get New... from store.kde.org.
