appearance button becomes invisible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
pre-conditions: Breeze dark global theme is set.
1. Go to Quick Settings -> Appearance
2. Choose Breeze or Breeze Twilight theme.
3. Mark 'Appearance settings' and 'Dekstop and window layout' -> Press Apply.
4. Go back to '< Appearance'. 
5. Press 'Workspace Behavior' >.
6. Go back to '< Workspace Behavior.' 

OBSERVED RESULT
Appearance button becomes invisible, the font's color is white. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Appearance button is visible, the font's color is black as on other buttons of the default menu.
