STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover below [x] button
2. Notice that it gets highlighted and clickable when you aren't even that close to it

OBSERVED RESULT
I can click it when I'm over back icon

EXPECTED RESULT
I cannot click it when I'm over back icon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue doesn't happen on Gnome.

Moved the issue to Breeze, since it seems that it doesn't happen if I change my GTK theme.
