Devices (Windows and android) see each other "unreacheble" after pairing. If remove pairing on both devices then they shown as available to pairing. When using same Android device with opensuse desktop all works fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  PC with windows 10 or windows 8.1
2.  Android phone with 7.1.2+MIUI11
3. Just install Kdeconnect and pair devices.

OBSERVED RESULT

Succ connect as with opensuse

EXPECTED RESULT

Devices see each other "unreacheble"

Now on Windows 10 works. But on Windows 8.1 doesnt
