SUMMARY
I've saw that the repo has an Android manifest file, so it looks like maybe Koko used to compile on Android? Maybe it still does, idk. But apps.kde.org/en-gb/koko doesn't list it as an Android app, and there's no entry on the KDE f-droid repo.

We used to build APKs for it, but they were not really functional. This was mostly due to KIO not really working on Android.

That is fixable in theory, but don't expect it to work any time soon
