Is it possible to show the coverflow in the picturezoom automaticaly too, perhaps with a own option in the settings? At the moment you have reopen the picturezoom, when there is a new coverpicture. Some podcasts use this feature with realy many pictures, somtime in short time and than you have to reopen and reopen and reopen ... the picturezoom.

Just to be sure that we are talking about the same thing: I think that with coverflow you mean different images for each chapter mark, right?
