SUMMARY
Shortcuts that don't work.
  -First Frame
  -Last Frame

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  bind hotkeys
2.  press hotkeys

OBSERVED RESULT

nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

Go to the first frame on the timeline.
Go to the last frame in the timeline.

I can reproduce this on 5.1.5, but it appears to be fixed in 5.2.0-beta2. Could you test that version and confirm whether that's the case?
