SUMMARY
Doplhin is not completely usable without this. Is using Polkit possible? Like UAC works in Windows for example. Are there any issues that prevent implementing this feature request somehow?

It should be possible to install the "kio-admin" package via your distribution's repositories. This should add a context menu entry called "Open as Administrator" that allows elevated privileges in Dolphin.
