Sentry Crash Report:

Description Thorrrr 2023-05-19 11:44:25 UTC
HI
Every time i try to do a screen record in Spectacle it locks up whole system.
I have to turn off my computer hard button shut down nothing works.

I would have sent logs if it was written in a way a human can do it with having to be a total geek.
Seriously it needs explaining like a dev is not reading it

I did try reading this but hey seriously

Reporting bugs is an inherently technical process, I'm afraid--especially for things like crashes and hangs. There is no way to just "throw it over the fence" without having to get your hands dirty running terminal commands and such. Please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#Issue_reporting_involves_responsibility.

Also note that https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Debugging/Getting_traces is *Arch* documentation, not *KDE* documentation. It's also a wiki, so feel free to edit it in a way that would have made it easier to understand for you.

As a total stab-in-the-dark, I suspect you're affected by Bug 469005 which is causing the system to hang when it runs out of memory.
