SUMMARY

In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1767337 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1833950, we're working around an issue that only happens on kwin-on-wayland, where a duplicate scroll-end event gets reported.

I need to dig deeper to know how GTK generates those events, but given this doesn't seem to happen on other wayland compositors like Mutter or Sway I'm tentatively filing this kwin bug.
