When set to remember folders and tabs from previous session, Dolphin ignores the setting and always opens new windows viewing the home folder and nothing else.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Configure Dolphin -> Start, set Dolphin to remember windows and tabs from the previous session
2. Close Dolphin
3. Open Dolphin again

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin always opens a window with a single tab showing the home folder. Tabs from the previous session are not remembered.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should remember the folders and tabs opened in the previous session and open them.
