STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure Spectacle is configured to copy screenshots to the clipboard
2. make sure the clipboard is empty
3. take a full screen screenshot by pressing shift+printscreen - this screenshot is copied to the clipboard as expected
4. close the notification from Spectacle
5.  take a full screen screenshot by pressing shift+printscreen again - the screenshot was not copied this time,
and the clipboard is empty

screenshot is copied to the clipboard consistently
