SUMMARY

Energy -Info Centre and taskbar energy / battery power applet do not show the battery percentage correctly


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click on the "battery" icon on the taskbar 

OBSERVED RESULT

The battery percentage of the mouse is shown incorrectly as 0%

EXPECTED RESULT

It should show the actual reported percentage.

upower reports the battery level with 0%, so the problem is not with Plasma.
