Showing a window that was not in sight for a very long time will crash it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Firefox or OBS.
2. Switch to another virtual desktop.
3. Lock screen, let it rest for the night.
4. Switch to the desktop containing that window.

OBSERVED RESULT
It crashed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The application should behave.
