while using spectacle the color controls are shown below screen. i cannot draw an empty rectangle in annotation mode, neither can change color of frame

Also seeing this. I have 1 horizontal monitor and 1 vertical. If I move the rectangle selection tool to the bottom of the left hand horizontal monitor the toolbar UI is pushed off the bottom of the screen. I don't have the same problem with the vertical monitor, moving the selection to the bottom of that and the UI is displayed at the top of the selection rectangle as expected. It seems the UI positioning logic does not take into account portions of the viewport that are not visible.
