SUMMARY
When heavily zoomed in on a large image, the application slows down heavily.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a full desktop screenshot (my own resolution is 3200x1080)
2. Open the annotation editor
3. Zoom in to 800%
4. Perform actions (everything but scrolling is slow)

Fixed in 24.05
