When I use (latest version) Spectacle to capture a screenshot, I can use annotation tool to draw but if the rectangle captured is in the bottom of the screen, the annotation tools cannot be used.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Spectacle
2. Capture a rectangle area in the bottom of the screen
3. Try to use annotation tool

OBSERVED RESULT

No annotation tools found

EXPECTED RESULT

The annotation tools can be moved freely?
