STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt-get update
2. sudo install kaffeine
  reboot
3 kaffeine
   set tv channels
   select tv channel
   wait 10 seconds

under Television/Config -- selecting source file for device setup is difficult especially if selecting transmitter in UK as scrolling/rolling is limitted,
   only acheivable by repeated selection

under Television,  '3,Digital TV' -- unable to change channel - only acheive able by 
      sudo apt-get update vlc kaffeine

system was installed/updated  1 November 2023, from download of 23.10 ubuntu release
