I have a touch screen laptop (HP x360 14a chromebook (blooguard)) running Kubuntu 23.04. The keyboard can be flipped, and the laptop automatically moves into tablet mode. In the tablet mode, the screen automatically rotates (and changes orientation) if I rotate the laptop, but the camera does not rotate.

In ChromeOS (which I am dual booting with Kubuntu), the camera also rotates if I rotate the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Rotate the screen in a touch screen laptop running KDE Plasma in tablet-mode.

OBSERVED RESULT
The camera output does not rotate.

EXPECTED RESULT
The camera output in apps like Kamoso should rotate when the screen auto-rotates.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8
