SUMMARY
On some icon displays in the systemsettings the icons are way too small: 
- mouse pointer view
- some folder / icon layouts (adwaita)
- maybe other displays like that


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open systemsettings / look / icons & mouse pointers

OBSERVED RESULT
All mouse pointers are displayed too small
Adwaita icons are displayed too small

EXPECTED RESULT
normal size
