SUMMARY *** After updating Kubuntu from 22.10 to 23.04, I got an update for Telegram Desktop from 4.8 to 4.7, and I was a little surprised because it was reverting to an old version, then today I got an update for Telegram Desktop from 4.8.1 to another older version 4.7.1.
