STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On an existing file Filter>Start G-mic QT
2. click through options i.e Linear
3. try to modify any of the presets

OBSERVED RESULT
Krita crashes

could you confirm this is on an arm M1/M2 macOS?
I suspect this is a duplicate of bug 458935
