Description Germano Massullo (Thetra) 2023-05-01 13:44:37 UTC
On Wayland session if I close my laptop lid, the screen will just lock, but the system will not go on suspension mode.
I tried to disable and re-enable again the proper option in Plasma settings, but it did not fix the problem

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation CometLake-U GT2 [UHD Graphics] (rev 02)
UEFI suspension mode: Linux

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 38 KDE spin
KDE Plasma Version: plasma-desktop-5.27.4-1.fc38.x86_64
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

I "fixed" it by chance in the following way: cnce I locked the screen, then I pressed "suspend" button. Since then, the laptop is again able to suspend when the screen lid is closed.

So you can't reproduce the issue anymore?
Comment 3 Germano Massullo (Thetra) 2023-05-04 14:37:04 UTC
Since my previous message I have no longer been able to reproduce the problem.
