Description doncbugs 2023-04-30 14:29:45 UTC
SUMMARY
The Plasma Global Theme Explorer does not appear to export panel settings for the relatively recent features of AdaptiveTransparency and floating. The resulting javascript files do not appear to even have settings related to either of their names. I am trying to set them programmatically, but cannot find a way to do so.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using a theme that supports floating/adaptive transparency (e.g. Breeze)
2. Set the panel to float and or change the 'opacity' setting
3. Export the layout using the Plasma Global Theme Explorer
4. (Re)Apply your new theme through System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Theme reverts panels to defaults of Adaptive and non-floating.

EXPECTED RESULT
The settings for 'opacity' and floating should be preserved in the export.
