Description Jöneck Spöneck 2023-04-30 10:26:44 UTC
SUMMARY

When I try to control the music from my keyboard or the media widget, nothing happens. It doesn't work on Pop OS 22.04 with KDE Plasma 5.24.7 and on Manjaro with Gnome 43.4. The control works with other media applications, but not with this one. I have installed the app as a flatpak, if that makes any difference.

I would be very happy to see this problem solved, as I really like the application itself.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the App
2. Start any Song
3. Try to control the music via the keyboard (play/pause, next, previous) or via the media widget

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

Music stops, plays next song or previous song

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

The stable release doesn't support this yet, if you want to use it now, consider using the Nightly flatpak (https://userbase.kde.org/Tutorials/Flatpak)
