SUMMARY
While custom tiling with tablet cursor the window is actually tiled to the mouse cursor position. This make it seem like it should be able to use the tablet to custom tile but make it impossible to do


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a window with a tablet cursor
2. Hold shilt to custom tile
3. Release the tablet cursor while holding shift (on a custom tile)

OBSERVED RESULT
The windows tile in the custom tile were the MOUSE cursor is positionated.

EXPECTED RESULT
The windows should tile in the custom tile were the tablet cursor is positionated.

This is now fixed as per Plasma 6.3.5 (probably way before)
