SUMMARY

With Desktop is configured to show "Files linked to Activity", and files are linked (via Dolphin), they initially display on the desktop as expected. After a reboot (frequent for me due to power outages) the linked files do not display on the desktop.

Reconfiguring the Desktop to display some other "Location" and then setting it back to "Files linked to Activity" causes correct icon display once more, but a reboot will cause them to vanish again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Configure Desktop Location to "Files linked to Activity"
2. Link files to the Activity via Dolphin
3. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
Linked files no longer display

EXPECTED RESULT
Linked files icons should display on the desktop across restarts
