STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  On Windows 11, go to Kdenlive's configure windows and select speech to text. 
2.  Then select Whisper
3.  On Whisper, The "Device" dropdown should be stuck to "Probing". Normally your GPU would appear here. 

OBSERVED RESULT

It should be stuck to probing.

Can you please try to reproduce on the latest stable 25.12.1 ?
