The page https://kde.org/announcements/gear/23.04.0/ says near the bottom:

> One of the Goals of KDE is to be All About the Apps.

with "All About the Apps" linked to https://kde.org/goals/. However, the https://kde.org/goals/ page does not mention "All About the Apps", which I believe was a *previous* goal.

Maybe there's a better page to link to? Or just remove the All About the Apps mention?

Or restore the mention of the previous goals (which are not fresh anymore, but never really "archived") on https://kde.org/goals/.
