ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have been a Kolourpaint user for several years. I use it to teach online, and my daughter to draw, I find it an exceptional, simple and very good program. But it has a big drawback, it cannot be installed on windows. Does this have a solution?

Do your daughter a favor and teach her how to work with a Linux system.
Not that I particularly care about windoze, but look at the following:
