SUMMARY

Whenever opening Steam games in fullscreen with X11, seconday monitor goes black until mousing over it and windows on that monitor are transparent until clicking on the application on the taskbar to make them active again. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add 2nd Display to setup
2. Start Plasma with X11
3. Open game in full screen

OBSERVED RESULT

Second display goes black until mousing over it

EXPECTED RESULT

Game opens and second display continues to operate normally

There's a possibility that is nothing is going on the second monitor (i.e. no application, just the desktop) this doesn't occur but have not confirmed this.
