STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image and start the annotation tool
2. trie to pixelate/ofuscate the left side of the image
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
I just can't apply the effect to the left side of the image. There's an area to the left that doesn't react, like a border.

EXPECTED RESULT
Apply the effect all the way to the left border of the image.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.27
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I fist noticed the bug it happened immediately instead of taking a while to happen like in the video annexed. Also, it happened before I crossing the left border making the image extend to the left like in this vidoe.

Also, not Spectacle also have the same tool and was designed (I really dislike this Spectacle redesign but that's another history), and I noticed that this annotate to lacks consistence between Spectacle and Gwenview. The tools are in different orders and with different icons. Shouldn't be the same?
