STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Right click to open contex menu in Konsole
3. Press Open File Manager

OBSERVED RESULT
It dosnt open FIle Manager


EXPECTED RESULT
It should open file manager

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This actions works on x11 session, but dosnt work on Wayland session.

Hi - I have attempted to replicate this bug in Arch Linux ARM with wayland. I could not reproduce it.
Did you by any chance miss to install kde applications? Is dolphin installed? Do you have another file manager?

The following output could be replicated on my machine and seems to be unrelated to the reported behaviour; in my case, file manager opens normally. 
kf.service.services: KApplicationTrader: mimeType "x-scheme-handler/file" not found

Yes, I am installing plasma-meta as usual. It includes those applications. I did a full reinstall and now it's working, although I'm not sure why it randomly broke before. Will report if it breaks again.

Closing per commit although I do wonder if we should popup a dialog or something to let user know why it didn't open.

Reinstall will work for some time, after it breaks unfortunately.

Also happens to me with Konsole 23.04.2, on both Wayland and XOrg.
