There should be a footer with buttons visible there. I see it when I un-pair all my Bluetooth devices to make the "No devices paired" screen visible.
Comment 2 Nate Graham 2023-04-20 16:19:24 UTC
The footer has this line of code in it:

visible: BluezQt.Manager.bluetoothOperational

So if the footer isn't showing up for you, that means Bluetooth is actually disabled. Which means the real issue is that the placeholder message is wrong, and it should instead say "Bluetooth is disabled".

Can you confirm this diagnosis by seeing if Bluetooth is disabled using the System Tray popup, and if it is, enabling it?

Everything is blank in Bluetooth section of system settings.
There is nothing related to Bluetooth in System Tray Pop-up.

Can you attach a screenshot of the system tray popup?

Screenshot in Phone

In Phone :-
PC Bluetooth is paired but unable to connect.
Comment 10 Nate Graham 2023-04-21 14:30:47 UTC
Ok, let's use the bug report for that then, since it seems like the initial issue was caused by a local setup issue or an upstream problem that was later corrected.
Comment 11 deepakdagar.9582 2023-04-23 03:00:53 UTC
What to do next. Bluetooth only connects for half second then disconnects.
Comment 12 deepakdagar.9582 2023-04-23 03:32:41 UTC
Bug fixed automatically.
Thanks for your help.
