SUMMARY
I know a lot of people really like the "move here" popup that appears every time that a file or directory is dragged to another directory, but it should be an option to disable this and replace it with something like "automatic action" and use the right button to show up the popup.

Other file managers already do that like Nemo, Nautilus or even Window's File Explorer. Yeah, we can press shift, ctrl or alt at the same time, but that doesn't work too well with accessibility.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Click and hold on a file.
3. Drag the file to another directory.

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup appears giving options to select what to do with the file/directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
Automatically move or copy the file, depending if the action is between removable devices or not.
