It would be nice to be able to have separately adjustable seek times for seeking forward and backward, instead of the default 10 seconds.

For example, I would like to be able to seek forward 30s or 60s per click, and also seek backwards a smaller 10s at a time. This would make it easier to skip ad breaks, intros, etc.

This would be a nice junior job for anyone interested in contributing.  Most of the infrastructure is already there in the code, it just needs to be exposed through settings.

Add adjustable seek times

Make seek times adjustable. Expose seek time under Playback Settings.
Set min time allowed in seconds to 1 and max time in seconds to 300.
