my digikam works well , after the new digikam 8.0.0. , d'ont import news albuns.

Please describe in more detail how you want to import new albums. Via the import tool, via drag & drop into existing albums or via copy/paste? Give an error message? Create a debug log from the terminal. I've tested all the ways to import an album and haven't encountered any problems.
